This course will go more in depth into company’s financial historical, financial projections, financial ratios, Debt pay down, depreciation schedule. Then comparison of the various kinds of valuation methods that is used to value the company like DCF, comparable trading analysis, weighted average cost of capital - and building a football chart and on how to analyze them better. Also stock price analysis and pitch book preparation and presentation will be taught in this course.
