Further your HR career while fitting your studies in around work and other commitments. Our 'block delivery' course includes monthly workshops on campus in Chelmsford, and is recognised by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Studying on campus once a month, as well as through our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), you’ll examine, challenge and extend your understanding of human resource management (HRM) processes and their influence on organisational and individual effectiveness.

Throughout the programme, the focus will be on developing your self-reflection skills by relating your learning experiences: in groups, lively topic-based internet forums, and through assessments designed to explore issues in your own workplace by applying the theory you’ve learnt.
