La U. EAN se convirti\u00f3 en la primera universidad latinoamericana en obtener este reconocimiento.<\/em><\/p>\n

El Accreditation Council for Entrepreneurial and Engaged Universities (ACEEU) acredit\u00f3 a la Universidad EAN, por un periodo de cinco a\u00f1os, como\u00a0una instituci\u00f3n\u00a0con\u00a0una clara orientaci\u00f3n hacia el emprendimiento,\u00a0<\/strong>convirti\u00e9ndonos as\u00ed en la primera\u00a0universidad\u00a0de Am\u00e9rica Latina y la segunda en el mundo\u00a0en obtener\u00a0esta acreditaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

El ACEEU es un consejo internacional que se dedica a promover y reconocer universidades comprometidas con el emprendimiento y la innovaci\u00f3n. Este surgi\u00f3 como una iniciativa de la UniversityIndustryInnovation Network (UIIN), red universitaria, con sede en Holanda, que fomenta y facilita procesos de relacionamiento e innovaci\u00f3n entre universidades y empresas.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Para recibir esta distinci\u00f3n, la Universidad fue analizada exhaustivamente en cinco dimensiones que conforman la base de evaluaci\u00f3n del ACEEU: orientaci\u00f3n y estrategia; personas y capacidad organizativa; controladores y habilitadores (cultura, estructuras de soporte interno y servicio de alineaci\u00f3n); educaci\u00f3n, investigaci\u00f3n y actividades de tercer flujo o transferencia de conocimiento; innovaci\u00f3n e impacto.<\/p>\n

El ACEEU resalt\u00f3 la relaci\u00f3n y alianzas estrat\u00e9gicas que mantiene la Universidad con el ecosistema nacional de emprendimiento e innovaci\u00f3n, y su prop\u00f3sito superior, el cual incorpora la sostenibilidad como eje de la formaci\u00f3n que imparte. Igualmente, destac\u00f3 el proyecto EAN BIzLab, una iniciativa que permite la aplicaci\u00f3n del conocimiento y talento de los docentes, estudiantes y colaboradores para generar intraemprendimiento y soluciones sostenibles que impacten positivamente su entorno.<\/p>\n

\u201cEsta acreditaci\u00f3n\u00a0\u2013precisa Francisco Matiz, director del\u00a0Instituto para el Emprendimiento Sostenible\u00a0?de la Universidad EAN\u2013\u00a0nos da una visibilidad internacional muy grande porque es un garante de excelencia. Adem\u00e1s, con esta firma acreditadora compartimos una visi\u00f3n de emprendimiento que trasciende la creaci\u00f3n de empresas y promueve la capacidad de transformar las organizaciones desde su interior\u201d.<\/p>\n
