{"id":160,"date":"2018-04-16T14:15:24","date_gmt":"2018-04-16T12:15:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.emagister.com.co\/blog\/?p=160"},"modified":"2018-05-02T16:14:14","modified_gmt":"2018-05-02T14:14:14","slug":"universidad-eia-capacita-investigadores-e-innovadores-peruanos-en-formulacion-de-patentes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.emagister.com.co\/blog\/universidad-eia-capacita-investigadores-e-innovadores-peruanos-en-formulacion-de-patentes\/","title":{"rendered":"Universidad EIA capacita a investigadores e innovadores peruanos en formulaci\u00f3n de patentes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Facilitadores de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com.co\/universidad-eia-cursos-64926-centrodetalles.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Universidad EIA<\/a> y de la Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica de Panam\u00e1 fueron los encargados de acompa\u00f1ar a cuarenta investigadores peruanos en la formulaci\u00f3n de cuarenta y siete conceptos tecnol\u00f3gicos.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La EIA despliega estas acciones a trav\u00e9s de su Incubadora de Patentes y Tecnolog\u00edas Incubba, en el marco del acuerdo de cooperaci\u00f3n firmado con el Banco de Desarrollo de Am\u00e9rica Latina \u2013CAF\u2013, para la implementaci\u00f3n de la metodolog\u00eda CAF para el desarrollo acelerado de patentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los docentes e investigadores de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com.co\/universidad-eia-cursos-64926-centrodetalles.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EIA<\/a> que participan como facilitadores de Incubba guiaron a los innovadores peruanos en la conceptualizaci\u00f3n de sus nuevas tecnolog\u00edas, en la b\u00fasqueda de arte previo en bases de datos especializadas de patentes y en la evaluaci\u00f3n de los criterios de novedad, nivel inventivo y aplicaci\u00f3n industrial de las diversas propuestas. Posteriormente, ayudaron a dejar redactados los documentos borradores de patentes de invenci\u00f3n y explicaron los beneficios de los sistemas de protecci\u00f3n de propiedad intelectual que cuentan con acuerdos internacionales para reconocer el valor de las creaciones que se generan en diferentes lugares del mundo.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com.co\/universidad-eia-cursos-64926-centrodetalles.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-161 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/EIA-300x175.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"175\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cPatentar es una manera de demostrar que se tienen resultados innovadores que permiten ofrecer una ventaja competitiva al mercado y, adem\u00e1s, es un indicador usual en el mundo para denotar la innovaci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds y de sus empresas. Tambi\u00e9n permite ingresar a un mercado mundial con una posici\u00f3n competitiva, al ofrecer productos tecnol\u00f3gicos con alto nivel de novedad\u201d, explic\u00f3 Nathalia V\u00e9lez de Mesa, directora de I+D+i de la EIA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este taller estuvo organizado por CAF en alianza con el Ministerio de la Producci\u00f3n de Per\u00fa, Concytec \u2013Consejo Nacional de Ciencia, Tecnolog\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica del Per\u00fa\u2013 e Indecopi \u2013Instituto Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia y de la Protecci\u00f3n de la Propiedad Intelectual\u2013 y tuvo como asistentes a investigadores e inventores de universidades, centros de investigaci\u00f3n y empresas del pa\u00eds inca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En poco m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o de labores, de la mano de CAF, la Incubadora de Patentes y Tecnolog\u00edas Incubba ha realizado nueve talleres en seis pa\u00edses, que han dejado un total de 338 personas capacitadas y 367 tecnolog\u00edas conceptualizadas. Las naciones impactadas han sido Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Paraguay y Per\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>Fuente: <a
