Si bien hoy en d\u00eda es una pr\u00e1ctica cada vez m\u00e1s <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">com\u00fan en las oficinas de arquitectos<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, existen todav\u00eda importantes retos para la arquitectura y construcci\u00f3n sostenible. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A continuaci\u00f3n, te presentamos algunas de las principales estrategias y tendencias que se han adoptado en este sector para hacer frente a los retos y problemas presentes en este sector. <\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><b> Uso de materiales<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parte importante del \u00edndice de impacto ambiental que una edificaci\u00f3n puede tener proviene del uso de ciertos materiales contaminantes en la construcci\u00f3n. En la actualidad, se procura utilizar materiales reciclables en la composici\u00f3n de los edificios as\u00ed como materiales naturales de procedencia local, por ejemplo, madera, corcho, bamb\u00fa, etc. <\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"2\">\n<li><b> Ecot\u00e9cnicas<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Construir con ecot\u00e9cnicas implica tomar en cuenta las caracter\u00edsticas del terreno y utilizar esto a tu favor para desarrollar edificaciones m\u00e1s sustentables. Con tan solo orientar tu casa para que no reciba sol a ciertas horas, instalar entradas de luz y un sistema de ventilaci\u00f3n natural, \u00a1puedes hacer la diferencia y ahorrar mucha energ\u00eda!<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"4\">\n<li><b> Arquitectura bioclim\u00e1tica <\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La arquitectura bioclim\u00e1tica consiste en desarrollar edificios y casas aprovechando los recursos naturales disponibles y requiere de la integraci\u00f3n de ecot\u00e9cnicas a lo largo del desarrollo del proyecto. Construir de esta forma ayuda a ahorrar energ\u00eda y reducir el impacto ambiental. Una vivienda que aplica la arquitectura bioclim\u00e1tica contar\u00e1 con al menos algunos de los siguientes elementos: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ventilaci\u00f3n natural y aislamiento de muros,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">orientaci\u00f3n correcta para propiciar la iluminaci\u00f3n natural, <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">integraci\u00f3n de energ\u00edas renovables para el consumo de los habitantes, <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">uso de materiales naturales o reciclados, <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">colores claros y <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e1reas verdes o jardines para mantener la temperatura. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"3\">\n<li><b> Casas inteligentes<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una de las nuevas tendencias en la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com.co\/postgrado\/postgrado-arquitectura-sustentable-kwes-285.htm\">arquitectura sustentable<\/a> es el desarrollo de viviendas denominadas \u201cPassivhaus\u201d (Casas Pasivas) que fueron creadas para mantener condiciones ideales de temperatura y humedad en su interior. Estas casas puede lograr hasta entre un 70% y 90% de ahorro energ\u00e9tico respecto a una vivienda convencional, seg\u00fan lo que reporta <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sostenibilidad.com<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
