{"id":2940,"date":"2019-03-21T10:33:04","date_gmt":"2019-03-21T09:33:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.emagister.com.co\/blog\/?p=2940"},"modified":"2019-03-21T10:33:04","modified_gmt":"2019-03-21T09:33:04","slug":"iv-jornadas-internacionales-en-derecho-de-tierras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.emagister.com.co\/blog\/iv-jornadas-internacionales-en-derecho-de-tierras\/","title":{"rendered":"IV Jornadas Internacionales en Derecho de Tierras"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los d\u00edas 23 y 24 de mayo de 2019 se llevar\u00e1n a cabo las IV Jornadas Internacionales en Derecho de Tierras.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Decreto 902 de 2017 reglament\u00f3 varios aspectos de la Reforma Rural Integral, para avanzar en la implementaci\u00f3n de una pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica de ordenamiento social de la propiedad:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Crea el Registro de Sujetos de Ordenamiento Social de la Propiedad, RESO donde los campesinos que carecen de tierra podr\u00e1n registrarse para poder acceder a los programas sociales de reforma agraria.<\/li>\n<li>Crea m\u00e9todos de barrido predial para emprender la formalizaci\u00f3n de la tierra y dotar de seguridad jur\u00eddica la propiedad campesina, y poder planear de manera sostenible el territorio.<\/li>\n<li>Crea el Fondo de Tierras que le permitir\u00e1 al Estado poder brindar acceso a tierra y reubicar a campesinos que se encuentran en zonas fr\u00e1giles ambientalmente y con pocas posibilidades para la producci\u00f3n campesina, o para sanear los territorios colectivos de las comunidades \u00e9tnicas con presencia de campesinos con t\u00edtulos precarios.<em><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-1473 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Uexternado.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"228\" height=\"132\" \/><\/em><\/li>\n<li>Crea un procedimiento \u00fanico administrativo para el ejercicio de la potestad de intervenci\u00f3n social del Estado y para la garant\u00eda del cumplimiento de la funci\u00f3n social y ecol\u00f3gica de la propiedad rural.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las medidas reglamentadas en el Decreto 902 son trascendentales en la implementaci\u00f3n de una pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica de desarrollo rural.
