La base de esta t\u00e9cnica es la de poder entablar una comparaci\u00f3n entre las primeras marcas del \u00e1mbito y la nuestra. No debemos entender este proceso como una mera copia, sino como un proceso de aprendizaje de aquellos que est\u00e1n trabajando en una \u00f3ptica similar a la nuestra. Entender qu\u00e9 hacen los otros que yo no haga o en qu\u00e9 puedo mejorar es una parte importante de nuestras estrategia. Adem\u00e1s nos permitir\u00e1 establecer una referencia clara con aquellas marcas modelo o destacadas. Para ser competitivos hay que saber qui\u00e9n es la competencia.<\/p>\n<h3>Tipos de benchmark<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Podemos encontrarnos con diferentes tipos de estrat\u00e9gicas de benchmarking. Aunque los objetivos de todos ellos sean los mismos, pues buscan ayudar a los <strong>project managers<\/strong> a mirar hacia arriba para\u00a0mejorar. los procesos para alcanzarlos pueden variar un poco. En este sentido, podemos hablar de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Benchmark competitivo.\u00a0<\/strong>Su principal objetivo ser\u00e1 analizar los productos, servicios\u00a0 y procesos de las\u00a0empresas m\u00e1s potentes en el sector. Su finalidad recae, principalmente, en detectar\u00a0 posibles mejoras o estrategias que nos permitan mejorar como compa\u00f1\u00eda. Este tipo es uno de los m\u00e1s complejos que puedas llevar adelante porque, en efecto, la competencia no colaborar\u00e1 con informaci\u00f3n que pueda hacerte crecer en el mercado. El estudio ser\u00e1 casi detectivesco, pues requerir\u00e1 de realizar una investigaci\u00f3n para cosechar la informaci\u00f3n, recopilando datos, comprobando otros y siendo intuitivo sobre d\u00f3nde y c\u00f3mo buscar. En este sentido, no es un proceso econ\u00f3mico, ya que ademas de aumentar el costo, requerir\u00e1 de tiempo para\u00a0 recabar toda la informaci\u00f3n de valor que se necesita. En este punto tambi\u00e9n destaca otra tipolog\u00eda: la no competitiva. Es decir, la\u00a0que no limita sus sujetos por sector, tama\u00f1o y negocio.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La variedad funcional.\u00a0<\/strong>En este tipo de estrategias se busca identificar las pr\u00e1cticas m\u00e1s relevantes de cada \u00e1rea de inter\u00e9s, por lo que ya no ser\u00e1 necesario analizar a la competencia\u00a0directa, sino, en rigor, analizar las grandes marcas del sector o, por lo contrario,\u00a0investigar empresas ajenas a \u00e9l. Lo importante es buscar las estrategias que mejor funcionen, fueran del sector que fueran, para aplicarlas a nuestra compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Interno.\u00a0<\/strong>En este caso, la investigaci\u00f3n se realiza puertas adentro de nuestra propia empresa. Esto ocurre, principalmente, en las grandes empresas que cuentan con muchos departamentos o entre los grupos\u00a0empresariales con diferentes ramas. El tipo interno busca identificar buenos ejemplos para\u00a0adaptarlos e implantarlos en otras secciones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>La investigaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como todas las investigaciones, para crear una estrategia de\u00a0<strong>benchmarking\u00a0<\/strong>es necesario\u00a0seguir algunas fases. Aqu\u00ed te dejamos un peque\u00f1o apunte de los pasos a seguir:<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-47427 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/esneca-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Establecer los objetivos y los sujetos a analizar.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recopilar todos los datos posibles. Buscar en asociaciones, otras investigaciones, bases de datos o informaci\u00f3n interna es una buena idea.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Analiza los datos y b\u00fascales diferentes interpretaciones.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Intenta implementar, por fases, las mejoras que creas funcionales y \u00fatiles. A\u00f1\u00e1dele siempre alguna idea propia y crea una estrategia con valor.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Busca m\u00e9todos y herramientas que te permitan realizar un seguimiento.
