{"id":3218,"date":"2019-04-24T11:41:35","date_gmt":"2019-04-24T09:41:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.emagister.com.co\/blog\/?p=3218"},"modified":"2019-04-24T11:45:10","modified_gmt":"2019-04-24T09:45:10","slug":"convocatorias-del-centro-de-investigacion-en-filosofia-y-derecho","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.emagister.com.co\/blog\/convocatorias-del-centro-de-investigacion-en-filosofia-y-derecho\/","title":{"rendered":"Convocatorias del Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n en Filosof\u00eda y Derecho"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>CIFD<\/strong> invita a participar en la convocatoria para constituir los equipos que representar\u00e1n a la Universidad en la VIII edici\u00f3n del \u201cConcurso de Simulaci\u00f3n Judicial ante la Corte Penal Internacional\u201d y en la II edici\u00f3n del \u201cConcurso Interuniversitario de Derecho Internacional Penal y Justicia Transicional\u201d.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Descripci\u00f3n de los Concursos<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">El \u201cConcurso de Simulaci\u00f3n Judicial ante la Corte Penal Internacional (CPI)\u201d se dirige a difundir el mandato, actividades y jurisprudencia de la CPI, as\u00ed como de otros organismos que abordan situaciones que podr\u00edan llegar a constituir delitos de la competencia de la CPI. Asimismo, busca estimular el conocimiento y la aplicaci\u00f3n del Derecho Penal Internacional en pa\u00edses iberoamericanos y dar a conocer la jurisprudencia de los \u00f3rganos judiciales nacionales en competencia sobre los delitos de agresi\u00f3n, genocidio, lesa humanidad y cr\u00edmenes de guerra.<br \/>\nCada equipo deber\u00e1 abordar el caso hipot\u00e9tico con la preparaci\u00f3n de tres memoriales (Fiscal\u00eda, Defensa y Representaci\u00f3n Legal de las V\u00edctimas) que deber\u00e1n entregarse en\u00a0<strong>abril de 2020<\/strong>\u00a0(el caso hipot\u00e9tico suele publicarse en el mes de octubre). Por otro lado, la parte oral del concurso se compondr\u00e1 de tres fases: (I) fase preliminar, (II) fase semifinal, y (III) fase final, que se celebrar\u00e1n en La Haya (Pa\u00edses Bajos) en\u00a0<strong>mayo\/junio de 2020<\/strong>.<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com.co\/universidad-externado-colombia-cursos-65697-centrodetalles.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-1473 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Uexternado.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"228\" height=\"132\" \/><\/a><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Concurso Interuniversitario de Derecho Internacional y Justicia Transicional, por su parte, nace con el objetivo de fomentar una plataforma acad\u00e9mica que permita ampliar el conocimiento respecto a periodos de represi\u00f3n y posterior resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos generados en los diferentes pa\u00edses que han sufrido violaciones masivas o sistem\u00e1ticas de derechos humanos.<br \/>\nCada equipo deber\u00e1 abordar el caso hipot\u00e9tico con la preparaci\u00f3n de tres memoriales (Fiscal\u00eda, Estado y Representaci\u00f3n Legal de las V\u00edctimas) que deber\u00e1n entregarse en<strong>\u00a0septiembre de 2019<\/strong>\u00a0(el caso suele publicarse en el mes de mayo). Por otro lado, la fase oral se compondr\u00e1 de tres fases: (I) fase preliminar, (II) fase semifinal y (III) fase final, que se celebrar\u00e1n en Bogot\u00e1 D.C. en octubre\/noviembre de 2019.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proceso de selecci\u00f3n de los estudiantes que conformar\u00e1n los equipos<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la primera etapa, se impartir\u00e1 un curso abierto sobre Derecho Internacional P\u00fablico, Derecho Internacional Humanitario, Derecho Internacional de los Derechos Humanos y Justicia Transicional. Los estudiantes adquirir\u00e1n las bases necesarias para participar en los concursos. El curso se iniciar\u00e1 la \u00faltima semana de\u00a0<strong>julio de 2019<\/strong>, al comenzar el semestre acad\u00e9mico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para inscribirse en el curso, los estudiantes presentar\u00e1n una\u00a0<strong>entrevista<\/strong>. Los requisitos para acceder a la entrevista son:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Ser estudiante de un programa de pregrado o de un programa de especializaci\u00f3n, maestr\u00eda o doctorado en Derecho.<\/li>\n<li>No haber desarrollado actividades profesionales remuneradas que requieran para su ejercicio la posesi\u00f3n de un t\u00edtulo de pregrado en Derecho. A los efectos del Concurso CPI, las pasant\u00edas, incluso si estuvieren remuneradas, no tendr\u00e1n esta consideraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>No haber cumplido 32 a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<li>Tener un promedio m\u00ednimo de 3,5 y un nivel medio de ingl\u00e9s. (Los concursos se desarrollan en espa\u00f1ol; no obstante, la mayor\u00eda del material est\u00e1 en ingl\u00e9s).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la segunda etapa, de los estudiantes que hayan tomado las clases, se seleccionar\u00e1 a los que representar\u00e1n a la Universidad en ambos concursos, con base en sus aptitudes acad\u00e9micas y cualidades personales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Los documentos a presentar son<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Captura de la pantalla donde aparezca el promedio acumulado de las notas. No es necesario presentar el certificado de notas que expide la Facultad de Derecho.<\/li>\n<li>Hoja de vida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las fechas y horas de las entrevistas se
