A su vez, el profesional de cumplimiento est\u00e1 enfocado en la prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos, en su mayor\u00eda por casos de lavado de activos, corrupci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n de datos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy en d\u00eda no se tiene seguridad sobre la formaci\u00f3n profesional que requieren los Oficiales de Cumplimiento; sin embargo, es considerada una figura que se destaca por sus competencias en la gesti\u00f3n de riesgos, asociada a los programas normativos y de cumplimento; transformaci\u00f3n cultural, manejo de pol\u00edticas y procedimientos. Adem\u00e1s de sus habilidades para influir y asesorar a las compa\u00f1\u00edas en mecanismos de prevenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con el sector al que pertenezca la compa\u00f1\u00eda, se determina la representaci\u00f3n del profesional de cumplimiento en sus organizaciones; no obstante, la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia ha establecido los requisitos que estar\u00edan obligadas a cumplir ciertas empresas, entre estos, la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios de un\u00a0<em>ComplianceOfficer.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de un tema normativo, el sector empresarial deber\u00eda contemplar la posibilidad de implementar un sistema de cumplimento que aporte a la sostenibilidad y la reducci\u00f3n del riesgo.<\/p>\n<p
