Esta cadena se comunica con el cerebro y con la m\u00e9dula espinal; y desde ah\u00ed se manda toda la informaci\u00f3n y los est\u00edmulos a todas las partes del cuerpo.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>El sistema nervioso: concepto y partes<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El sistema nervioso es una red compleja de estructuras especializadas (cerebro, m\u00e9dula espinal y nervios) que tienen como finalidad controlar y regular el funcionamiento de los diversos \u00f3rganos y sistemas, coordinando su interrelaci\u00f3n y la relaci\u00f3n del organismo con el medio externo. Este se divide en dos grandes subsistemas, el sistema nervioso central y el sistema nervioso perif\u00e9rico. El primero est\u00e1 compuesto por el cerebro y la m\u00e9dula espinal; mientras que en el sistema nervioso perif\u00e9rico se incluyen todos los tejidos nerviosos situados fuera del sistema nervioso central .<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La funci\u00f3n general del sistema nervioso se divide en:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Sistema nervioso som\u00e1tico<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (o voluntario), se ocupa de las actividades de los m\u00fasculos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Sistema nervioso vegetativo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (o aut\u00f3nomo), se encarga de controlar todas las funciones org\u00e1nicas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed pues, la importancia del sistema nervioso humano deriva de la infinidad de funciones que desempe\u00f1a. Este sistema se compone por elementos cuya funci\u00f3n es darle estabilidad al cuerpo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Funciones<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El sistema nervioso sirve b\u00e1sicamente para<\/span><b> coordinar el cuerpo humano<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Gracias a\u00a0 elementos como el cerebro, formado por neuronas que dirigen las actividades; y a la m\u00e9dula espinal que se encarga de transmitir los impulsos sensoriales y motores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n se ocupa de recoger y transmitir la informaci\u00f3n sobre el estado del cuerpo. Esto es fundamental, ya que permite conocer la situaci\u00f3n an\u00edmica del cuerpo. Por ejemplo, cuando se produce una herida, los nervios env\u00edan la informaci\u00f3n al cerebro, a trav\u00e9s de la m\u00e9dula espinal. El cerebro recibe el mensaje y como respuesta manda dolor. As\u00ed uno se percata de lo que ha sucedido y puede curarse.<strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-47427 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/esneca-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>\u00bfPara qu\u00e9 sirve el sistema nervioso?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todas las sensaciones que se reciben son registradas por el gusto, olfato, tacto, vista y audici\u00f3n; y gracias a esto se conoce el estado del cuerpo y se puede atender correctamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Act\u00faa seg\u00fan est\u00edmulos<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los est\u00edmulos que se reciben a trav\u00e9s de las estructuras sensoriales, se guardan en el sistema nervioso junto con la informaci\u00f3n transmitida por otros est\u00edmulos. Por ejemplo, si hay una piedra el zapato, lo normal es no saber la causa de la presi\u00f3n; pero cuando se incorpora la informaci\u00f3n, se conoce que es una piedra o algo, a\u00fan sin verlo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Regula el cuerpo<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El conocer la funci\u00f3n del sistema nervioso permite comprender la estructura del cuerpo. Puesto que, toda acci\u00f3n que se se realice en ella depender\u00e1 del sistema nervioso para que sea eficaz. Por ejemplo, la digesti\u00f3n, la respiraci\u00f3n, la secreci\u00f3n de hormonas. Como tambi\u00e9n la sudoraci\u00f3n, la circulaci\u00f3n de la sangre y el movimiento. Cualquier alteraci\u00f3n en el sistema causar\u00eda da\u00f1os en todos estos procesos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Controla reflejos<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otra funci\u00f3n importante del sistema nervioso es que controla los reflejos (acciones involuntarias que responden a est\u00edmulos). Ciertamente los reflejos ayudan a actuar con rapidez en muchas situaciones; y gracias a ellos se puede defender el organismo o mantener funciones vitales. Por ejemplo, uno muy simple pero no menos importante, cuando parpadeamos si se acerca algo; o cuando se dilata la pupila ante una luz muy intensa.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Cuidados<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El sistema nervioso est\u00e1 compuesto por neuronas, y estas no se reproducen. Es decir, la cifra de neuronas que hay en el cerebro disminuye a medida que el cuerpo va envejeciendo. Pero lo que s\u00ed que hacen es generar nuevas comunicaciones entre ellas. Por este motivo, es muy importante que lo protejamos y cuidemos todo lo que se pueda.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existen algunas sustancias t\u00f3xicas que afectan directamente a las neurona y que es aconsejable evitar si se quiere cuidar de ellas; como por ejemplo el alcohol, las drogas y hasta ciertos medicamentos. Ya que reducen el n\u00famero de neuronas m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente, acelerando su proceso natural.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por este motivo, una de las mejores maneras de cuidar el sistema nervioso es descansar bastante. Se aconseja dormir un m\u00ednimo de ocho horas completas. Como comer a horas determinadas. Es decir, llevar una vida ordenada para mantener el cuerpo sano.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n puede ayudar el establecer relaciones de cari\u00f1o y saludables con los dem\u00e1s.
