{"id":6566,"date":"2021-01-11T09:01:12","date_gmt":"2021-01-11T08:01:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.emagister.com.co\/blog\/?p=6566"},"modified":"2021-01-11T09:01:12","modified_gmt":"2021-01-11T08:01:12","slug":"gestion-de-personas-a-traves-de-metodos-analiticos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.emagister.com.co\/blog\/gestion-de-personas-a-traves-de-metodos-analiticos\/","title":{"rendered":"Gesti\u00f3n de personas a trav\u00e9s de m\u00e9todos anal\u00edticos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Para encontrar el talento, la capacidad para un puesto o la eficiencia de un proceso de selecci\u00f3n, los departamentos de Recursos Humanos, particularmente el conjunto de las empresas y las organizaciones apuestan por m\u00e9todos anal\u00edticos.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Las cifras seg\u00fan Deloitte evidencian que el 71% de las compa\u00f1\u00edas consideran que People Analytics es un elemento primordial para su negocio y m\u00e1s del 70% ha invertido en optimizar este sector.<\/p>\n<p>El experto en coaching y socio fundador de WEMI Consulting (Work Engagement Measure and Improve) Juan Francisco Mart\u00ednez Ruiz, dio a conocer estos porcentajes y ofreci\u00f3 a los alumnos del grado de Psicolog\u00eda de la Universidad Nebrija un recorrido por la gesti\u00f3n de personas por medio del an\u00e1lisis de datos (HR Analytics).<\/p>\n<p>Luego de la presentaci\u00f3n del profesor Alberto Ortega, Mart\u00ednez Ruiz impuls\u00f3 a los estudiantes a trabajar dentro de este sector en concreto, \u201ctendencia del presente y del futuro\u201d del mercado laboral. Tambi\u00e9n indic\u00f3 que \u201cEl departamento de Recursos Humanos debe ser el eje central sobre el trabajo en la eficiencia, que toma como principal punto de partida a las personas y sus capacidades\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El psic\u00f3logo de WEMI se fundament\u00f3 en los aportes te\u00f3ricos de los expertos a fin de limitar el significado de HR Analytics (HRA). David Aguado (2018), lo define de la siguiente forma: \u201cEs una metodolog\u00eda y un proceso integrado para proveer de evidencias, a trav\u00e9s del an\u00e1lisis de datos, que sean utilizadas para mejorar la calidad de las decisiones sobre personas con el objetivo de mejorar el rendimiento a nivel individual, grupal y\/u organizacional\u201d. Cascio y Boudreau (2008) incorporan el concepto de dise\u00f1o de investigaci\u00f3n, a la vez que Ana Valera (2020) se\u00f1ala que es una herramienta \u201cpara resolver problemas de negocio\u201d.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com.co\/cursos-universidad-nebrija-cen-172749.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-5062 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/nebrija.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"220\" height=\"147\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A las preguntas que un trabajador de HRA debe hacerse para luego investigar las variables, se debe a\u00f1adir un conocimiento de un profesional de esta metodolog\u00eda con respecto a las fases para la soluci\u00f3n de un determinado problema:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identificaci\u00f3n de ese problema y la existencia de datos<\/li>\n<li>Dise\u00f1o de investigaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>An\u00e1lisis de datos y generaci\u00f3n de resultados<\/li>\n<li>Comunicaci\u00f3n de los resultados y visualizaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Aprendizaje para futuras implementaciones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Juan Francisco Mart\u00ednez Ruiz, antes de proporcionarle a los alumnos casos pr\u00e1cticos, recalc\u00f3 que el HRA \u201cno siempre es big data\u201d y se puede implementar en peque\u00f1as, medianas y grandes empresas.
