Los docentes han duplicado sus esfuerzos y contin\u00faan trabajando para poder mantener los procesos de aprendizaje en medio de <strong>la virtualidad y la alternancia<\/strong>. En este contexto los estudiantes han pasado de solo escuchar a un profesor en el aula, a ser parte activa de la construcci\u00f3n del conocimiento. Por esto, compartimos algunas tendencias de la innovaci\u00f3n educativa que involucra cuatro elementos fundamentales: las personas, los procesos, el conocimiento y la tecnolog\u00eda.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com.co\/cursos-uninpahu-institucion-universitaria-cen-64937.htm\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-7199 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emagister.com.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/m-9.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"220\" height=\"147\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hacer uso de los <strong>Recursos Educativos Abiertos<\/strong> (REA) que son materiales de ense\u00f1anza, aprendizaje e investigaci\u00f3n digitales gratuitos, con licencia abierta (Creative Commons) que permite su uso sin restricciones.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Redise\u00f1ar espacios de aprendizaje<\/strong> en los que se incorporen elementos digitales con mayor interacci\u00f3n que fomenten el aprendizaje activo en un aula f\u00edsica reorganizada.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <strong>gamificaci\u00f3n<\/strong> es una tendencia hist\u00f3rica en la educaci\u00f3n, principalmente en la ense\u00f1anza a la primera infancia. Sin embargo, es aplicable a la formaci\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes y adultos usando los juegos como factor motivador para conseguir un mejor desempe\u00f1o.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fomentar el <strong>aprendizaje colaborativo<\/strong> que se fundamenta bajo tres premisas: trabajar en equipo, compartir informaci\u00f3n y dise\u00f1ar un espacio de trabajo com\u00fan. Esto potencia las habilidades sociales, el liderazgo y la empat\u00eda.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La innovaci\u00f3n educativa es materia de investigaci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n permanente y es por esto que en <\/span><strong>UNINPAHU<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> desde la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda y Tecnolog\u00edas de la Informaci\u00f3n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, cuentan con una especializaci\u00f3n en <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Innovaci\u00f3n Educativa Digital<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, en la que se busca que el egresado sea experto en la integraci\u00f3n y uso de las tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y las comunicaciones (TIC) para la educaci\u00f3n, con la capacidad de innovar en las plataformas de creaci\u00f3n o mejora de los entornos y objetos virtuales de aprendizaje.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00bfTe ha interesado este art\u00edculo?
