La realización de este programa supuso un cambio muy positivo desde el punto de vista personal ya que me permitió estar en contacto con personas de otras nacionalidades y culturas y aprendí a adaptarme a los cambios. En el plano profesional, gracias al EIBM pude diferenciarme en el mercado laboral reforzando mi CV y aprendiendo a desenvolverme a nivel internacional.
Un profesorado altamente cualificado con el que conectas muy bien, unas escuelas de negocio de primer nivel (Audencia-Nantes, Deusto Business School y Bradford University) y unas instalaciones muy potentes hacen del EIBM un excelente programa.

The whole experience of studying the Master in “European and International Business Management” was for me the best I had lived so far. It was the first time for me to live abroad and visit Europe. Besides the experience of setting up a European contact network, the Master itself was also a great opportunity to witness how a European education system works and how different it is from Mexico. Without any doubts I would recommend this experience to other fellow colleagues and compatriots. It would create a much more cultivated society in terms of globalisation.
Another positive experience from the Master was to work with multicultural teams. Perhaps in Europe it is common to work with different nationalities because of its geographical location but I found it amazing to have this opportunity and exploit the advantage of receiving feedback from different perspectives. Moreover, the use of several languages was something that charmed me from the beginning. This was also another aspect that made me realise the level of competition that the European market breathes.
Regarding my internship at Toyota, I truly consider myself having found the vacancy at the right time and place. I had a really great team that looked over me and was keen in showing me as much as possible. I am truly grateful for all the help and support that I received from them. I enjoyed the multicultural teams and the empowerment given to me from the start. I was in charge of several projects and was able to demonstrate my potential and offer my added value. I was satisfied with my development during my internship. Toyota was a great company to work at and without any doubts I would gladly work again with them.

La flexibilidad me permitió ajustarme a estudiar en los días y horarios que tenía espacios libres sin interferir con mi trabajo y con mi vida personal. La navegación a través de los temas es muy amable y fácil de llevar. La atención ante las dudas y comentarios por parte de mi coordinadora fue excepcional! La introducción en donde explican cómo funcionan las plataformas es muy clara y fue muy sencillo iniciar mis estudios. Definitivamente los recomendaría!
