I had the opportunity to study in a Central University of Venezuela that 1994 was among the top 5 in Latin America, which really is supported at the highest level of teachers and academic requirements, but not in the 'modernity' of the laboratory equipment; the latter was an advantage for me personally performing work in the US after graduation, where I had the ability to solve problems in the field that colleagues studied in developed countries were waiting to bring them to field the latest technology equipment with which they had been trained, this additional capacity gave me opportunities and visibility to my managers, bringing to the University fieldwork
