Course Hiring State Tools

The procurement and public procurement system of the country was modernized by the National Government, through the tool called SECOP II. This allows buyers and suppliers to advance public procurement processes online, as the technological tools being deployed by Colombia Compra Eficiente include the Colombian State Virtual Store, through which purchases are made under the Framework Agreements of Prices and purchases in Large Areas.

EUD (Foundation of Graduates of the District University) with its group of experts, promoting the good use of tools of technological tools, has developed this program with the objective of developing competences for the proper use of this purchasing system, which all the Government entities have at their disposal.
